Featured Tenant - National Lighting Ltd

Welcome to the new addition to our website. Throughout the year Towngate plc is going to select different tenants to write a feature on. Our first featured tenant is National Lighting Ltd.

National Lighting Ltd started out as an internet retailer and have now opened two stores in London and Leeds.

Danny Ormonde from National Iighting's parent company; Genesis 1:3 Ltd (the name originates from the Bible, under Genesis Chapter 1, Verse 3 "Let there be light") says, after the decision was made to open a second store in the North, Leeds was the obvious location.  Towngate's Olympia Trade Park Unit on Gelderd Road, Leeds, ticked all the boxes for a number of reasons, including:-

• They were particularly impressed with the standard of the property.
• Screwfix as a next door neighbour, complemented the business perfectly. 
• The property is situated in a prominent roadside location, with easy access to Leeds City Centre, the national motorway network, and beyond.

They enjoyed a successful launch in Leeds during September 2008 and Towngate warmly welcomes them as a splendid addition to the list of reputable tenants within their existing portfolio.

National Lighting Ltd offer a vast array of domestic, commercial and industrial lighting.  They house impressive working displays of uplights, downlights, wall, ceiling and decorative lights, led lights, fluorescent fittings and industrial lights.

In addition to this, they stock a huge range of electrical components including white or decorative switches and sockets, ventilation units, cable, pvc mini and dado trunking, fixings, industrial plugs, sockets and much more.
