Towngate does it again!

by Julia Ford

Towngate Plc, one of the leading commercial property providers in the North of England, continues its success by signing Leeds Leisure Vehicles in December 2011 as their latest tenant. The deal sees Leeds Leisure Vehicles take the lease of their 27,185 sq ft industrial property at the Olympia Trading Estate, Gelderd Lane, Leeds.

The building is located in an ideal trade counter location and comprises a warehouse, offices and yard. The deal for Brighouse-based Towngate Plc also included instructions for the Leeds branches of Harvey Burns and GVA.

Philip Caspell, Property Surveyor at Towngate Plc, said: “It is a pleasure to welcome our new tenants Leeds Leisure Vehicles to the Olympia Trading Estate. We have continued to buck the trend during a season when historically, deals tend to slow down. This is even more encouraging given the overall difficult market conditions reported during 2011.”

Leeds Leisure Vehicles is the North’s leading small camper van conversion manufacturer and main dealers for Rimor and Rollerteam Motorhomes. They are a young and dynamic company, who plan to breathe some much needed life and colour into the motorhome industry in the UK.

Their new premises will be utilised as a manufacturing and maintenance depot and will house a sales and Show Room facility. For further information on Leeds Leisure Vehicles, visit their website www.leedsleisurevehicles.com.
