On Friday 24th July 2026, we said a fond farewell to Amy, Financial Accountant, after an amazing 12 years of dedicated service to Towngate.
While we were incredibly sad to see her leave, we are also absolutely thrilled for her as she embarks on an exciting new chapter in her career. To make things even more special, Amy recently achieved her goal of becoming fully ACCA qualified – a fantastic accomplishment and the perfect way to begin her new role. Congratulations, Amy! 👏
Over the years, Amy has been a valued and much-loved member of the Towngate team. Her willingness to help others, professionalism, and brilliant sense of humour have made a lasting impact on colleagues across the business. Even during the busiest periods, Amy always found a way to bring a smile to everyone’s face, and she will be greatly missed.
To celebrate Amy’s achievements and wish her every success for the future, the team enjoyed a wonderful afternoon/evening at The Scullery Kitchen & Bar in Huddersfield on Thursday 23rd July. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on Amy’s contribution to Towngate and raise a glass to her exciting future.
