The modernisation and refurbishment has now been completed of six terraced industrial units to let based at Towngate Business Centre in Walkden, near Manchester.
Units 4A – 4F offer flexibility both in size and use of space, each comprising 5,500 sq ft of warehouse accommodation including general office, kitchen facilities, secure yard and generous parking.
Our previous tenant left these units due to expansion, moving into neighbouring Unit 2 on the same site, giving Towngate the opportunity to upgrade this row of warehouse units whilst marketing the properties in search of our new occupier/s. *ALL UNITS ARE NOW OCCUPIED*
The property refurbishment works which have now completed, involved significant investment and were project managed by our trusted partner and building surveyor, David Stanway & Associates. David and his team worked alongside Ellenby Construction who undertook the appropriate works. The project took around 3 months and the scope of work included:
