New and Improved Units at the Olympia Trading Estate, Gelderd Lane, Leeds.
Units 4A and 4B Olympia Trading Estate are modern, trade counter / industrial units forming part of an “L” shaped terrace of properties, situated in the heart of one of Leeds’ premier trade counter / industrial areas.
Towngate made the decision to refurbish the two units to a high specification during 2017. The specification included new welfare facilities, full internal redecoration, new cladding to external areas and full redecoration internally and externally.
The finished product ensured that we were able to bring to the market, two modern, highly desirable and functional trade counter units at the commencement of 2018, and we are pleased to report that they are now fully occupied.
