LATEST UPDATE 22nd January 2021:

Unit TL5 is the final unit to be LET at our development on Towngate Link, having reached practical completion in August 2020. We are very excited to have signed a 20 year lease with our new tenant Coop Group and to have recently welcomed them to site. Our flagship building at Cross Green, this property features high spec office and welfare areas and is truly unique to the market. A fantastic effort from all the team involved who have contributed to keeping this project on track during challenging circumstances. 

Unit TL3 reached practical completion in March 2020 and we’re pleased to welcome tenants Van Line on to site! 

FEBRUARY 2020: TL3 is approaching completion, images below showing the yard and canopy, internal office fit out and roof structure.  At TL5, steelwork erection has started and the shape of the building is starting to emerge (bottom right image below)… all enquires welcome on 01484 715635

31st Jan 2020: TL3 is almost fully enclosed, canopy now attached (top left) , the yard’s being laid and office fit out is well underway. TL5 site prep (top right) has begun and is going well, on target for Summer 2020 occupation… 

Towngate Link TL3 - Steelworks Are Up

Phase 2 works are now complete with both Units TL3 and TL5 having reached practical completion in March and August 2020, having commenced construction earlier that year. Both units were pre-let to their respective tenants and we are pleased to have welcomed both parties to site. 

Specification of Unit TL5 includes:
