LATEST UPDATE 10th December 2020:

Unit TL5 is now the final unit to be LET at our development on Towngate Link, having reached practical completion in August 2020. We are very excited about welcoming our new tenant to site. Our flagship building at Cross Green, this building features high spec office and welfare areas and is truly unique to the market. A fantastic effort from all the team to keep this project on track during challenging circumstances – have a drive down Pontefract Road (LS9 0DY) and let us know what you think!  

Unit TL3 reached practical completion in March 2020 and we’re pleased to welcome tenants Van Line on to site! 

FEBRUARY 2020: TL3 is approaching completion, images below showing the yard and canopy, internal office fit out and roof structure.  At TL5, steelwork erection has started and the shape of the building is starting to emerge (bottom right image below)… all enquires welcome on 01484 715635

31st Jan 2020: TL3 is almost fully enclosed, canopy now attached (top left) , the yard’s being laid and office fit out is well underway. TL5 site prep (top right) has begun and is going well, on target for Summer 2020 occupation… 

Towngate Link TL3 - Steelworks Are Up

Phase 2 works are underway with our flagship unit having reached practical completion in August 2020 having commenced construction early this year. Interest from potential occupants is encouraged to avoid disappointment.

Also part of this development is Unit TL3 which reached practical completion in March 2020 and our new tenant is now settled in.
