LATEST UPDATE 29th June 2020:

TL3 has reached practical completion and we’re pleased to welcome our new tenants Van Line on to site! Unit TL5 is the final unit AVAILABLE TO LET at this site and is now fully wind and watertight, with floor and service yards now laid. A fantastic effort from all the team to keep this project on track, our main focus from here is to complete the finishing touches which will really set this building apart – including high spec office and welfare areas – in readiness for opening up the doors in mid-August. Have a drive down Pontefract Road (LS9 0DY) and let us know what you think!

FEBRUARY 2020: TL3 is approaching completion, images below showing the yard and canopy, internal office fit out and roof structure.  At TL5, steelwork erection has started and the shape of the building is starting to emerge (bottom right image below)… all enquires welcome on 01484 715635

31st Jan 2020: TL3 is almost fully enclosed, canopy now attached (top left) , the yard’s being laid and office fit out is well underway. TL5 site prep (top right) has begun and is going well, on target for Summer 2020 occupation… 

Towngate Link TL3 - Steelworks Are Up

Phase 2 works are underway with TL3 having reached practical completion in March 2020 ready for our new tenant to move in.

At our flagship unit to this development – TL5  – construction commenced early this year and steelwork has been erected. Interest from potential occupants is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
