UNIT 4, TREEFIELD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, LEEDS: FULL REFURBISHMENT

A full refurbishment has now been completed on one of our industrial/ trade counter units to let – based on the established and highly accessible Treefield Industrial Estate, in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Offering a prime industrial location, we have invested strongly in this high specification refurbishment to further enhance the premises for a new occupier, based on Gelderd Road, Leeds.

Having already received some strong interest from potential new clients, the team has now concluded all works on site, having instructed Firecrest Construction as the principal contractor to undertake the refurbishment, which was project managed by Simon Guizzetti of Crowther Turnbull Booth.

With a completion date planned for the first week in May, we have worked with both parties previously and they have each produced excellent end-results for a previous refurbishment we completed at Copley Hill last year.

The industrial unit to let is a multi-purpose building and has the versatility to meet a broad range of needs – with excellent prominence in Leeds and close proximity to the motorway network.

In summary, the refurb project has brought the property up to modern standards including the following improvements:

Complete overhaul and modernisation of the office element
Redecoration of the entire building internally and externally
New LED Lighting throughout the warehouse
Replacement of the roof lights
New palisade fencing to the perimeter of the site.
New electrically operated sectional loading doors

We have had significant interest in this building which is now occupied and look forward to welcoming our new tenant to site in the near future.

Latest Project Update: 14 May 2021

REFURBISHMENT COMPLETED. Here are the latest images… what a fantastic outcome, thanks to everyone involved, we’ve been really impressed with Firecrest Construction who have been a pleasure to work with.

UPDATE: 19th April 2021

The finishing touches are underway, ready for completion on 7th May and a property launch later next month… isn’t it looking fantastic! Thanks to everyone involved for bringing such a high quality finish to the works…

UPDATE 31st March 2021

The refurbishment is going well at Unit 4, Treefield Industrial Estate. New roller shutter doors are on and decoration is underway internally. The new lighting is being installed, perimeter trunking is going in, with offices also being fully updated and decorated. The new roof lights are complete and have made a massive improvement in themselves! See below for the latest images… this one is really starting to take shape!
