A major refurbishment at Towngate HQ, Woodvale House.

During 2017 and into the initial part of 2018, a major refurbishment took place to revitalise the Towngate Group HQ  at Woodvale House, Woodvale Office Park, Brighouse.

The construction of the property was originally completed by the Company in the early nineties and the 2017/18 revamp was the first overhaul of the 9,500 sq ft property in a number of years.

Included in the scheme was the refurbishment of the lobby and stairs area, new toilet and shower facilities and full redecoration.

Towngate’s own office space benefited from a refreshed reception area and team breakout room.

The HQ makeover had been in the pipeline for a while, but with our growing site portfolio and influx of new tenants across our estates, our priority had naturally been our clients’ spaces.  Our own project had therefore taken a while to get off the ground.

However, Woodvale House itself is an extension of our own branding, so whilst we’ve largely focused our time and energy on developing properties elsewhere, investing some care and attention into our own premises was long overdue.

Our flagship building is currently shared with structural engineering tenants; JNP Group, software specialists; FenTrack Limited and a department of the NHS.

The project was managed on behalf of the Towngate Group by Crowther Turnbull Booth, Leeds, and jointly overseen by Robert Smith, Managing Director, Julia Ford, Marketing Manager and Nick Yates, Assistant Property Surveyor.
