Renowned building services and energy efficiency specialists Hawley Group has signed a three-year lease within offices to rent at Towngate PLC’s Parkview House at Woodvale Office Park in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
The organisation has upgraded to the 2,800 sq ft offices via Towngate PLC to consolidate its office requirements under one larger roof — leaving room for further expansion in the future.

The new space forms part of the former Woodvale Spinning Mill and offers a recently refurbished, modern office development within a peaceful landscaped setting.
Keen to promote the sustainability agenda, Towngate has also installed new EV charging points in the car park — which provides ample space for the various tenants.
