  • Towngate have been our landlords at Oak House in Brighouse for around 6 years. The location was exactly what we needed and Towngate were flexible across a number of areas to ensure that the property and the lease were suitable for our operational requirements. During this time we have had additional requirements and Towngate have always been on hand to help out, even with other landlords. The relationship is a good one and we hope it will continue with another renewal in 2015.

  • We are thrilled to be in occupation of the property, with all departments and machinery now fully operational. The move has been relatively smooth with few hiccups and our customers/partners in most cases, were unaware of our relocation until it was complete.

  • Very favourable in the sense that whilst we are an established business of 20 years this was our first step to securing premises. Treated very well by Phil who was patient and explained each step of the process, showing us numerous buildings and explaining the pros and cons of each. Towngate also explained that as businesses grow (or condense) it's possible to move up (or down) within the portfolio. As for Copley Hill - all repairs since we moved in have been taken care of by Towngate and the alterations we required doing were carried out by recommendations from Towngate by qualified reliable tradesmen.

  • Fibrestar was given 9 months notice from a previous Landlord to move from its base in Disley, Stockport of almost 70 years in June 2013, due to the site being sold for housing development. Colin Pardoe, Fibrestar MD contacted Towngate directly, who had premises available in Newby Road, Stockport. The Towngate team led by John Wignall quickly provided the support and action to convert the new site into what was needed. They were flexible throughout this process and very supportive to our business needs and continuity. The move has been a total success and I would therefore recommend them to any other perspective tenant without hesitation.

  • Saint-Gobain Property Department have been tenants of Towngate PLC for a number of years at their site in Brighouse. During this time we have built up a strong and positive relationship with the Towngate Team who are our close neighbours. They are extremely professional and proactive in their approach to business and we have received outstanding customer service throughout our time as tenants. Any problems are dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction showing a progressive approach to property management.
