Phase one of the new build programme is now completed. The build programme has included the construction of two brand new industrial warehouse units; Units TL1 (55,000 sq ft) and TL2 (62,500 sq ft).
Specification for Phase 1 included:

- Direct access to J45 (M1) and J4 (M621) via East Leeds Link Road.

- Grade A Office Accommodation.
Phase 1 is fully pre-let and we look forward to showcasing the finished buildings and launching Phase 2 which commenced in June 2019.
David Stanway, Building Surveyor, of David Stanway & Associates Limited, oversaw the site clearance and preparatory work, and Caddick Construction have completed Phase 1.
Phase 2
Phase 2 commenced in June 2019.
Phase 2 will comprise a brand new 40,000 sq ft warehouse and a brand new trade counter estate which will include 6 trade counter units, ranging in size from 4,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.
