A full refurbishment took place during 2021 on one of our industrial/ trade counter units – based on the established and highly accessible Treefield Industrial Estate, in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Offering a prime industrial location, we invested strongly in this high specification refurbishment to further enhance the premises for our new occupier, based on Gelderd Road, Leeds.
We instructed Firecrest Construction as the principal contractor to undertake the refurbishment, which was project managed by Simon Guizzetti of Crowther Turnbull Booth.
Completion took place in May, and both parties produced excellent end-results.
The industrial unit is a multi-purpose building and has the versatility to meet a broad range of needs – with excellent prominence in Leeds and close proximity to the motorway network.
In summary, the refurb project brought the property up to modern standards including the following improvements:
- Complete overhaul and modernisation of the office element
- Redecoration of the entire building internally and externally
- New LED Lighting throughout the warehouse
- Replacement of the roof lights
- New palisade fencing to the perimeter of the site.
- New electrically operated sectional loading doors
