Towngate has invested over £1 million in upgrading the property ahead of welcoming our new tenant, re-locating from within our existing portfolio, whom we are excited to announce further details of in due course. Works include a full re‑roof, installation of new roller shutter doors, complete warehouse redecoration, refurbishment of office and welfare facilities, and extensive external improvements.

Loscoe Close is Towngate’s most recent addition to our already extensive portfolio, with the group having purchased the property in November 2025. It forms part of the popular Normanton Industrial Estate, located just off the M62 at J31. Its close proximity to the motorway network makes the property logistically fantastically located.
