The Phoenix Works has secured a 10-year lease on industrial unit based in Leeds, West Yorkshire — which is owned and managed by Brighouse-based commercial and industrial lettings specialist and landlord, Towngate PLC. 

The high-specification 18,209 sq ft warehouse / industrial property – which forms part of the Turnkey Park Estate in South West Leeds – features a large, self-contained front yard, two storey modern office accommodation, a trade counter, and two roller shutter doors. The new tenants join several existing occupiers on the park, including Salon Services Ltd, Lifting Gear UK Ltd, and TLA Distribution Ltd, with Ferrari, Makro, and Topps Tiles in the vicinity. 

The organisation was founded in 2010, with a goal to encourage and enable UK dwellings — including homes, workplaces, and public sector buildings — to embrace renewable technology. Specialising in designing EV charging, and solar and battery storage solutions, the firm counts the likes of NHS, Royal Mail, Uber, and University of Leeds among its client roster.

Speaking about the move, Matthew Morgan, operations director, at The Phoenix Works remarked:
