Julia Ford, Marketing Manager, recently met with Pedro Landim, CS & Logistics Manager of Roberlo UK Limited, occupying the Towngate owned Unit 3C Airedale Industrial Estate, Hunslet, Leeds, LS10 1NT.

Roberlo UK Limited signed a lease of the property in July 2024 and have settled into the unit well. Pedro was pleased with the assistance provided by Towngate and stated that Jake Wilde, Facilities Manager at Towngate, had been very helpful during their set up period.

The unit is being utilised as a storage and distribution facility, stocking a wide range of car refinish products and industrial paint/finish products for industries including; Commercial vehicles, Agricultural and construction machinery, structural, industrial maintenance, signage and advertising, and decoration/home maintenance.

Unit 3C at the Airedale Industrial Estate, is located on the fringe of Leeds City Centre, with superb access to the M621 and M1 Motorways, making it ideal for Roberlo’s distribution network. The unit comprises 6,004 sq ft with a self-contained yard area and was fully refurbished prior to Roberlo’s occupation. Combining high quality first and ground floor offices, staff welfare facilities, and an eaves height within the warehouse, of 7 metres, the unit was an excellent choice for the business.

Pedro gave Julia a quick tour of the property and confirmed that they are very busy at present, receiving and distributing stock.

Roberlo was established in Spain in 1968, by Llorenc Juher, first importing products, and commencing his own production three years later.

The Roberlo laboratory commenced its activity in 1985 and since then, has not stopped developing innovative solutions.
