Cubico has signed up to the new 55,000 sq ft industrial space via Towngate PLC – in addition to its existing 110,000 sq ft warehouse in Birstall – to boost its storage and distribution processes, and support its 60% turnover increase in the last 12 months.
At the forefront of bathroom design, the brand stocks over 1,000 high-quality and affordable products – including baths, showers, taps and tiles – and distributes them to other businesses, showrooms and property developers throughout the UK.
Unit C forms part of a larger 180,000 sq ft warehouse/distribution property, which is close to the city centre as well as major motorway junctions, which will allow Cubico to keep up with increasing demand, and continue to provide quality customer service.
The site also benefits from 360° circulation and ample parking. The unit at Copperworks 2 enjoys a large power capacity, clear working height of up to 10m and multiple ground level loading doors.
