Plastiserve expands and agrees five-year lease for Industrial Unit with Towngate plc

Plastiserve Limited, an existing tenant of the Towngate-owned industrial property, Unit 7 Ashfield Close, Whitehall Road, Leeds has expanded – and agreed a new five-year lease of both Units 7 and 8. The industrial site now covers 4,755 sq ft and benefits from an inter-linking partition arranged by Towngate.

Plastiserve Limited supply polymers and additives to moulders, extruders, designers, prototypers, universities and research institutions. It helps customers to find the right material and colour for the work – to the correct specification – in the right quantity, at the right time and price.

Units 7 and 8 Ashfield Close are part of a development of modern single – storey industrial units constructed in two terraces. They’re arranged around a large, shared yard area and situated on the well-established Whitehall Road Industrial Estate – approximately three miles south west of Leeds City Centre. The Leeds outer ring road is within one mile of the premises and provides direct access to the M621 motorway at Junction One.
