Having recently refurbished and rebranded a range of office premises at Woodvale Office Park in West Yorkshire, Towngate Plc is delighted to welcome Yorkshire based Recruitment Group Venatu as a new tenant, who were looking for additional office accommodation to support the expansion of their West Yorkshire network. The fast-growing Yorkshire firm was established in 2016 and specialises in supporting companies based all over the UK with their staffing requirements. They work across a variety of sectors including industrial and warehouse, automotive, construction and engineering, finance, sales and marketing, office support, and logistics management, to name a few.

The company — whose headquarters lie in Doncaster city centre — required an additional space to meet and interview candidates as well as house the West Yorkshire team. Suite 1A is a modern, open space comprising natural stone features and a contemporary open canteen area. The space forms part of two units within the first floor of Parkview House — a former silk mill which was built in the 1800s.

The site at Woodvale Office Park provides an ideal location for any modern day business, set in parklands and next door to a swimming pool, and gym / sports facilities – the location benefits from a range of nearby restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The site is situated just minutes from the national motorway network via the M62 and has an excellent range of transport connections to offer.
