COVID-19: Business Continuity. Our Customer Promise To Keep You Up & Running

Here at Towngate we are extremely mindful of the importance of your business and we do of course, value you as our customer.  Therefore, in light of the recent developments surrounding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we would like to reassure you by offering a brief update around the measures we are taking to ensure that the day to day running of our business is not going to change.

We have made investments within our technology base and have taken measures in business continuity planning, to ensure we can operate all our usual systems and processes remotely, with no disruption to normal service levels.

This will ensure we are able to continue to provide our usual level of service during this challenging time, and indeed should we be required to close our HQ and/or switch to a remote working model.

We therefore confirm that we can provide ‘business as usual’ should our entire workforce need to work remotely:

  • Our colleagues are able to work away from the office with full access to all systems. This will enable interaction with our customers and associates to be carried out by way of telephone and conference calls. 
  • Where meetings face to face are required to review a property issue, every measure will be implemented to ensure the safety of our customers and indeed our own workforce.

Please note that if we are required to attend site, we will need to be made aware of the measures our customers have in place to ensure that we adhere to their requirements.

We can assure you that we remain fully supportive of your business and we will of course, continue to monitor the situation and provide you with further updates as appropriate.
