Our latest refurbishment project of industrial premises in West Yorkshire is now COMPLETED at Unit 1, New Princess Street, Holbeck, Leeds – in preparation for our incoming tenant, who has now exchanged on a 6 year lease of the 11,372 sq ft detached warehouse/ industrial unit.
This latest investment will bring the building up to modern-day standards for our new tenant, including a completely new insulated roof, relining of gutters and replacement of office windows, with all externals to the building also being decorated.
The unit is situated in a superb location, less than 0.5 miles from Junction 3 of the M621 Motorway and Leeds City Centre. It has fantastic frontage to the M621, and those eagle-eyed amongst us, we are sure, will spot the works taking place whilst travelling along this stretch of the motorway.
Unit 1 enjoys a large, secure concrete yard and loading area and an eaves height of 6.5 metres, along with plenty of high quality ancillary office accommodation.
