New Preston purchase at Seedlee Road.

During 2018, Towngate completed the acquisition of a newly built 40,000 sq ft warehouse unit on Seedlee Road, Preston. The property has a functional height of over 15m and is occupied by Total Polyfilm, a tenant known to the Towngate Group already as they occupy space at the Company’s premises on Armytage Road, Brighouse.

We are delighted to have completed the purchase of this site. Total Polyfilm is a long-standing tenant of ours and we are pleased to be working with them at this newly built property. The site has further increased our presence in the North West.
