Robert Smith, Philip Caspell and Julia Ford took two of our retained agents and our Building Surveyor, who have been working tirelessly on the Towngate Business Centre, Everite Road, Widnes site, up to Lake Windermere on the 3^rd October 2014. 

All 6 were signed into the Water Ski Training School at Low Wood, kitted out with wet suits and taken out onto Lake Windermere to learn the basics of water ski-ing.

There were some spectacular falls, splashes and dives into chilly waters, however all enjoyed the experience – or so they said when it was all over and they had warmed up!

The water-ski experience was followed by a pleasant lunch at the Low Wood Hotel, which has fantastic views, overlooking Lake Windermere and the Marina.

The day trip was by way of a thank you from Towngate, for all the hard work in assisting in turning the Towngate Business Centre around in the midst of a very difficult financial climate and guests on the day were; Darren Hill of CBRE (Liverpool), Jon Thorne of B8RE (Liverpool) and David Stanway (Building Surveyor) of David Stanway & Associates.

Towngate Business Centre, Widnes, is in a fantastic location, on Everite Road, Widnes, off the main A562 Speke Road providing motorway access at Junction 6/1 of the M62/M57 to the north and at junction 12 of the M56 to the south.

The A562 provides direct access into Liverpool, Runcorn and Warrington.
