Yorkshire-based commercial and industrial lettings specialist and landlord, Towngate PLC, has agreed a 10-year lease with SK Sales Ltd,  on Unit E1 – a 4,971 sq ft industrial space in Leeds which has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

The high specification trade counter unit, located at Towngate’s Copley Hill Trading Estate, will see SK Sales Ltd – part of the Airvance Group, a leading pan European distributor of ventilation and air treatment systems – join existing firms Plumb & Drain Centre, PTS Plumbing Supplies, Crown Decorating Centre, Howdens, LINCS Electrical and Carpetrite at the West Yorkshire site.

Recently refurbished Unit E1 is located on one of Leeds’ prime trade counter estates, just off Gelderd Road and 1.5 miles from Leeds City Centre. This purpose-built warehouse encompasses a large mezzanine floor as well as high-quality ancillary offices and is set in a large yard with generous parking, barrier entry and CCTV.
